Peter Hurley joined Herbalife Nutrition Australia in 2019. A career sales executive with General Management, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain experience across Australasia, he has a strong understanding of how to support the requirements of Herbalife Nutrition Independent Members, employees and stakeholders within the region.

Peter’s experience, collaborative personality and strong commercial acumen have seen him serve on a number of industry advisory boards for both Grocery and Pharmacy channels. His proven track record of business plan delivery, channel turn around and building high performing teams means he is regarded as a trusted and collaborative leader, with a strong bias towards action. Peter’s role in leading and directing operations aligns with Herbalife Nutrition’s vision, mission and strategy. He is an advocate for good nutrition and embraces the Healthy Active Lifestyle Philosophy.

John Hobby is the General Manager for Nu Skin Pacific, covering Australia, New Zealand & French Polynesia. John was raised in a direct selling family business and this guided John to embark on his career in direct selling straight from his studies and he now has over 10 years of industry experience. John spent 2 years as a distributor to gain insight into both sides of the industry and to better understand how to partner with the field. John's passion is to see people change their lives in building success.

Anthony Dene joined Arbonne in 2016 as Vice President, General Manager, Australia and New Zealand. Anthony is a passionate and highly motivated business leader with over 25 years of executive, commercial and marketing experience working with global brands in the direct selling industry. Prior to Arbonne he worked for over 2 decades for Avon Products as Vice President of Marketing.

Anthony is well-versed in developing and driving strategic agenda across diverse international markets and has a passion for building customer and consultant relationships and brands. His energetic leadership approach has helped drive Arbonne’s continued growth and success.

Celine joined the Direct Selling community over 36 years ago to make a little extra play money back in Dublin, Ireland. Within a year of committing to her Direct Selling business, Celine had replaced her full­ time income and has built strongly since then to become a major player and inspiration to thousands in our industry through her hard work and rock-soli d belief in the business model.

Celine is committed to helping individuals in the field to think team and be proud out loud! She is passionate about making sure that the people she works with, walk away knowing that their time is being put to good use and that they are armed with the skills, resources and tools to succeed in their Juice Plus+ business. In 2014, as a result of her commitment to the Juice Plus+ family, Celine was offered the opportunity to become a director and co-owner of The Juice Plus Company Australia Pty Ltd,

Mark’s journey into the world of direct selling began when he was a member of the Retail Learning and Development team for The Body Shop Australia.  It was during a training session that a starter kit arrived for one of the attendees and it was the opening of this kit at the training session that inspired Mark to want to know more about the industry and what it had to offer consultants. After attending parties, the Direct Selling World Congress and speaking with leaders across the industry he was convinced that an industry that succeeded through teamwork, recognition and supporting each other to achieve their personal best, was the right industry for him! 

It was this newfound passion for direct selling that led Mark to convince the local owners of The Body Shop to give him the opportunity to create a unique direct sales business in the Australian market.  The Body Shop At Home was born, and it went on to become a business that combined online, direct sales, and retail stores around a central focus of sharing stories, great teamwork and exceptional products. The Body Shop At Home was so successful that Mark was promoted to role of CEO where he led all three channels on to further growth.

Throughout his subsequent career Mark has held senior positions in the direct sales, retail and Business to Business industries.

In 2021 proved Mark returned to the Direct Sales Industry as the Regional Director, ANZ with Norwex.

Sinead, originally from Ireland, has resided in Australia, on and off for the past 19 years. She is happily married to her kiwi husband David, and they have been living in Sydney for just over 10 years. With more than 11 years of experience in the Network Marketing Industry, prior to Plexus, Sinead Pollock was a part of an Australian Health & Wellness network company as a Head of Sales, she has also previously worked in Management roles in the Hospitality & Staffing Industry.

Her proven track record through strengthening field relationships, developing rank advancement initiatives and exciting growth strategies in the Australian market will assist Plexus greatly as we continue to grow globally. She is enthusiastic, self-motivated, charismatic and committed. She inspires others through her actions & results. With a dynamic personality, Sinead understands in the value of shining a light on others to elevate and develop their strengths & personal development.

Adrian has been involved with the textile industry since his early teens, working in his parents’ manchester store weekends and during school holidays. The store was the precursor to Lorraine Lea, a business that over two decades has grown into the largest linen and manchester party plan company in Australia and New Zealand. Adrian enjoyed a successful career on the creative side of advertising with high profile agencies in Australia and the United Kingdom. He joined Lorraine Lea in 1994 and has since been actively involved in all aspects of the business. Adrian recently stood down as the Company’s chief executive to allow him to better focus on business strategy, have a strong presence in the sales force where he believes the culture of a company is built – and to better juggle the competing demands of a young family, business and competitive sport.

Melissa Seitz is the Vice President and General Manager for Rodan + Fields Asia/Pacific.

Having spent more than 20 years in the Direct Sales Channel in both Marketing and General Management roles, Melissa has successfully launched two US based skincare brands in Australia and worked extensively throughout Asia.

Having previously held a board position with the DSA, Melissa is passionate about our opportunity and what the future holds.

Heath Tully has been the Director of The Body Shop At Home in Australia for the past 3 years, taking the business from decline to consecutive years of sales growth. He is passionate about supporting and empowering his tribe of consultants to achieve big dreams, and although a relative newcomer to direct selling (having an E-commerce, Digital and Marketing background) he has the passion for the industry running through his veins. Heath is keen to lend his unique experience and background to helping shape the future of direct selling in Australia.
